AulaSync 2.3.0, developed by rpaasch, is a Windows utility that bridges the Danish school platform Aula and Microsoft Outlook by synchronising messages and timetables in real time. Designed for parents, teachers and school staff who rely on Outlook for daily planning, the application fetches new Aula messages and presents them as standard Outlook mail items with correct sender names and timestamps achieved through direct MAPI integration, eliminating the confusion of forwarded e-mails. Timetables are exposed as locally served ICS calendars that Outlook can subscribe to, so class schedules, parent-teacher meetings or assignment deadlines appear alongside personal appointments without manual import. Authentication is handled through an embedded WebView2 browser, giving users in any Danish municipality the freedom to log in with UniLogin, Azure AD, MitID or other supported identity providers without disclosing credentials to third-party servers. After a brief one-time setup the program places a Start-menu shortcut, runs in the background, and updates data at configurable intervals while requiring no administrator rights. Although the publisher has released two versions so far, 2.3.0 refines calendar generation and message threading while remaining unaffiliated with and unendorsed by Aula or KMD. The software is available for free on get.nero.com, with downloads provided via trusted Windows package sources such as winget, always delivering the latest version and supporting batch installation of multiple applications.
